Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Secure Packaging
Place the unworn items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our laboratory team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
